Website content is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Applications and housing
Sending an inquiry or prequalification form does not reserve a home, create a tenancy, guarantee approval, or constitute an offer or acceptance. Applications and screening are subject to the applicable criteria, disclosures, verification, availability, and written documents. A lease or other obligation arises only through a separate written agreement executed by the proper parties.

Resident portal and payments
Payments, maintenance requests, insurance documents, account information, and resident communications are handled through AppFolio. Do not send payment data, passwords, or sensitive account information through the general contact form. AppFolio’s terms govern use of its portal.

You may not interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate another person, provide information without authorization, or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Third party services
