This policy explains how Premier Choice Apartments and Premier Choice Realty collect, use, and protect information submitted through PremierChoiceApartments.com. Separate privacy terms apply when you use AppFolio, Google Forms, FormSubmit, or another linked service.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, rental interests, current resident status, message, and other information you submit. Hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to respond to leasing and resident inquiries, provide rental information, assist with applications, support property management operations, prevent spam and fraud, maintain website security, comply with law, and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Applications, listings, and resident services
Live listings and resident services are provided through AppFolio. Rental prequalification is provided through Google Forms. Contact forms are transmitted through FormSubmit and currently routed to Andrew@PCRealty.com for testing and response. Information submitted to an external service is handled under that service’s privacy policy and terms.
Fair housing and sensitive information
Information used for rental screening or housing decisions is handled through the applicable application and management process, not the general website contact form. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, payment card data, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information through the general form.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, ordinary business records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications by contacting us.
Children and changes
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version.
